Experiential graphics, Wayfinding & Signage, Created with Media–Objectives.
The 16th floor’s theme, “Growing Global,” conveys Glassdoor’s status as a global pioneer. Here, the graphics in the elevator lobby, corridors, and key corners reflect the innovations, people, and thinking that have impacted the company’s culture. Green plays a dominant role on this floor, representing the energy and fun associated with Glassdoor’s brand. Behind the reception desk in the entry zone, raised letters spell out the company’s mission statement, as if organically growing out of the wall.
The Wayfinding system employs authentic yet semi-transparent perforated metal, reflecting both its industrial nature and the core value of ‘grit’ held by Glassdoor. This, combined with the choice of wood paneling, fosters an inviting and "human-centric" atmosphere along the journey.
The 17th floor’s theme, “Building Connections,” highlights the company’s inventions, structures, and movements that connect people to other people. Artful signage, printed on wood, wraps key corners on each floor to help visitors navigate.
Custom-designed supergraphics and abstract art installations express the company’s four core values—“transparency,” “good people,” “grit,” and “innovation.” Throughout, the bright colors and imagery lend a sense of authenticity with their handmade feel, while natural materials humanize the rigidity of the International Style building.
Custom abstract wall graphics and hanging art for an extra-large conference room, ensuring that the color palette aligns with the brand and complements the interior finishes.
Custom “office supply” theme for medium conference rooms, offering a creative and cohesive environment that integrates functional elements seamlessly with the workspace decor.
